Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods, and lapses fourteen days later.

To exercise this right, you must inform us by means of a clear, unambiguous statement — for example by email or post:

Your declaration must make your intention to cancel unmistakably clear. You may optionally use the model withdrawal form provided below — its use is entirely at your discretion.

Sending your withdrawal notice before the fourteen-day period has elapsed is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all amounts received from you — including standard delivery charges (excluding any premium paid for an upgraded delivery option) — promptly and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal notice.

Reimbursement will as a rule be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees in connection with the reimbursement itself.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having despatched them — whichever comes first.

The goods must be returned without undue delay, and in any event within fourteen days of the date you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met provided you ship the items before this period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods manufactured to your individual specifications or clearly tailored to your personal requirements;
  • Goods liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded in the near term;
  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds where the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Goods that, after delivery, have by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed software, whose seal has been opened after delivery.

How the Return Process Works

  1. Write to contact@lumixy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address.
  3. Pack the goods carefully — ideally in the original packaging.
  4. Despatch the parcel within fourteen days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  5. Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will issue your refund within fourteen days.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited via the payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between five and ten working days for the amount to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within seven days of receipt at contact@lumixy.com, attaching clear photographs of the damage alongside your order number. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you, at your choice, either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
