Here you will find all key details regarding delivery charges, estimated shipping windows and the payment methods accepted by LUMIXY for our home and garden range. The conditions below form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you finalise your order.

Please note: For shipments outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply. These are not levied by LUMIXY but collected directly by the customs authorities or the carrier in the destination country, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery windows begin on the date of order confirmation, upon receipt of payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Where an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be noted on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure or industrial action — delivery windows may be extended; we will notify you promptly in such cases.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with the following trusted carriers to deliver your order:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international shipments)

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking reference so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address entered is complete and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details. Changes to the delivery address are unfortunately not possible once a parcel has been despatched.

5. Partial Shipments

On occasion it may be necessary to split a single order across multiple consignments — for instance when certain items become available at different times. No additional delivery charges will apply in such cases.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted at LUMIXY:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on order value, destination or other objective criteria.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are carried out via SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details are submitted directly to the respective provider — full card information is never stored by LUMIXY at any point.

8. Invoicing

An invoice is automatically issued for every order and sent to you by email, including all legally required particulars with VAT shown as a separate line item.

9. Issues with Your Delivery

Should your order not arrive within the stated window, or if the parcel shows visible damage on receipt, please contact us at contact@lumixy.com quoting your order number. We will act promptly to find an appropriate resolution.
